Validity of Zeto Travel Gift Voucher:This voucher is valid for 12 months from the date issue.

Delivery Options:

For physical voucher, we will post the gift voucher via POSLAJU (with tracking number) and you will receive the physical voucher in 3 to 5working days after purchased. Or able to self-collect at our office.

For E-Voucher we will email the gift e-voucher and you will receive the E-Voucher in 1-2 working days after purchased.

How to redeem?

1) Guest can contact Zeto via email or WhatsApp.
2) For guest convenience, don’t have to drop by at Zeto office to redeem the vouchers. They can email or whatsapp us and we will quote accordingly.
3) Each voucher will have unique serial number which can be redeem only once. Once guest confirmed the booking, Zeto will provide the invoice minus the voucher amount and collect rest of the payment from client.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Voucher is not exchangeable for cash nor it can be credited to any account.
  • This voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • This voucher is not accepted directly from Hotels, Airlines, Transport & Tour Providers.
  • This voucher is non-refundable, non-negotiable & can only be redeemed once.
  • This voucher can only be redeemed for air ticket, hotel, transfer and/or tours subjected to the management'sdiscretion and is not valid with any other promotion or discount.
  • This voucher can only be redeemed for bookings of higher value with the price difference to be borne by theuser.
  • The management reserve the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice.
  • Original voucher must be presented & surrendered during redemption.
  • It is valid for bookings with Zeto Travel and is not valid for other travel companies.
  • Voucher will be deemed void if tampered with or if the serial number is defaced.
